RETURNS
If you wish to return an item that does not suit you, it is very simple:
Once the purchase is made, you have 30 days to obtain a refund for any item. For reasons of hygiene, the returned products must not have been worn or damaged. If this is the case, Deltee reserves the right to refuse the return of the item.
To return an item, you must first contact our customer service department at sales@deltee.com and explain your request. Our customer service will respond as soon as possible. Returns are at the buyer's expense.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
